The Corsican worked for the Richelieu and Ontario Navigation Co. (Royal Mail Line) from about 1875 to 1907. She was wrecked twice, once in 1875 avoiding a collision, and again in 1881 running the Galops Rapids. She was destroyed by fire in 1907 near Toronto.
